Domestic Violence: Murdered 11th October 2006
Alison was my younger sister. When we were children we were very close and did everything together.
Alison then moved to London where she worked and lived. She met Chris then went on to have a son,
Harry. All three of them were very happy and enjoyed life as a working family. However, sadly they
split up, but remained friends. Alison then met someone else and eventually she and Harry moved in.
Alison became very distant with everyone, we all put it down to a new relationship, well that's what
we thought. There was news Alison was expecting twins, she was very shocked but excited at being a
mother again but after 23 weeks she went into early labour and the twin boys were born. Both
survived but sadly Ollie died when he was 5 days old. Jack today is 3. Alison changed completley,
she lost weight, was very nervous and her appearance went down hill. We then found out that she was
suffering from domestic violence. She managed to leave and started to get herself sorted out,
putting on weight and changing her appearance. She was back to the Ali we all knew, but fate got the
better of her, she went back and was killed just 2 months later.
Alison was a kind, loving and devoted mother to her 2 boys. Her memory lives on in her boys today.
Alison partner was found quilty of murder in Novemeber 2007 he was given life to serve a min of 15
years.
Our family thank the family liason officer and the police for all there support and help in getting
a conviction.

Oh how so so sad I was to read this story, it has brought tears to my eyes! I have 2 little girls of my own and I am age 30! I can't bear to think what this sort of life must have been like for your sister, she deserved so much better than this. The greatest outcome is her two sons which she created! She will be watching down on them and make sure that they are safe!
You sound like such a lovely girl who unfortunately suffered a bad life due to EVIL people who should now be were you are instead of you!
